In Mirage Jenny Ocampo explores memories of her life. Her landmarks are the references to unfold the ancestral memories through her body. Historical and personal images come to the surface and embody her present. Engraved emotions are part of this path, allowing them to be reborn in her actual being. An encounter with persons, places, wishes and remarkable facts of her life become a narrow band right above the horizon in her Solo. The resonance of a distorted real world creates an almost unrecognizable underworld.
