In Unveiled States the Colombian dancer and choreographer Jenny Ocampo, together with one dancer and two musicians, develops a fauna of instable states in human actions. Following S (2018) she continues to pursue encounters with time, silence and stillness: both as part of a duo with the musician Michael Vorfeld and as curator of another duo featuring dancer Orlando Rodriguez and musician Rieko Okuda. In the quartet that forms the third part of the evening, they explore the relationship between sound and movement in real time, allowing for instabilities in the character of human actions and emotions, and facilitating multifaceted dialogue.
In Unveiled States entwickelt die kolumbianische Tänzerchoreographin Jenny Ocampo zusammen mit einem Tänzer und zwei Musiker*innen eine Fauna instabiler Zustände in menschlichen Handlungen. Nach “S” (2018) setzt sie ihre Begegnung mit Zeit und Stille fort: Als Duo mit dem Musiker Michael Vorfeld, sowie als Kuratorin des Duos Orlando Rodriguez, Tanz und Rieko Okuda, Musik. Im Quartett, dritter Teil des Abends, erforschen sie die Beziehung zwischen Klang und Bewegung in Echtzeit, die die Instabilität im Charakter menschlicher Handlungen und Emotionen zulässt und facettenreiche Dialoge ermöglicht.
